To request deletion of information from CHIMP Intelligence’s restricted WhatsApp test, email info@chimpnovation.com with the subject CHIMP data deletion request.
Include the phone number you used, with country code, and approximate test dates so we can locate the records. Say whether you want to leave the test as well.
Never send a password, PIN or access token. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your data.
2. We review and arrange removal
Requests are reviewed manually. Relevant information can include test messages, contact and routing records, participation and opt-out records, logs and backups.
This limited test has no selective record-deletion feature. Removal can require a controlled test-environment reset and separate removal of retained database snapshots. Automated database backups have a 7-day retention setting and application logs a 30-day setting; a request does not instantly erase every copy.
We respond in accordance with applicable law and explain the action taken, any necessary retention and any technical limits. Deletion is not an instant self-service action.
3. Understand the scope
These instructions concern data held for CHIMP’s WhatsApp test. They do not delete your WhatsApp account or data that Meta, hosting providers or other recipients control independently.
Blocking the test number stops contact through WhatsApp but does not delete existing test records. You can also request access or correction, or object to processing. Read the WhatsApp privacy notice for details.
